Injection molds

In Gestión de Compras we design, develop and manufacture plastic injection molds for multiple sectors. It is an ideal solution to produce large volumes of plastic parts, due to the possibility of making multi-cavity injection molds, where several parts are manufactured in a single cycle.

Extrusion machinery

In Gestión de Compras we have more than twenty plastic extrusion lines, each of them with a purpose and with different models that allow different capacities and productions. Such as pipes, profiles, squares, straws, spirals, etc., with one or more cavities, as well as compatibility with a large list of materials such as PP, PE, PVC, HDPE, HIPS, PMMA, PP-R, ABS, PA NYLON and many more.

Rotational molding

Rotational molding is used to manufacture mainly hollow parts from thermoplastic polymers, with molds made of materials such as aluminum. The cost of the machinery is low compared to other processes and the investment required is small.

We manufacture both standardized and customized products according to customer requirements.

Recycling machinery

We have specialized machinery for different recycling processes, in different materials (PP, PE, EVA, etc). Each one of the machines is designed to recycle as efficiently as possible the largest amount of plastic as possible. The capacity of each machine varies depending on the model. Some of the machines we work with are cleaners, complete recycling lines, granulators, feeders, dehydrators, extruders, etc.
